I was at the Wessex LMC IT conference yesterday, where there was a very interesting presentation on a locally created referral system. When the room was asked if they would continue using Choose and Book when national funding ran out, nobody raised their hand - but there was plenty of interest in the local solution.

Has anyone had any experience of mapping the requirements? We're just in the process of introducing Care Plans on our RiO system using SNOMED CT but I'm finding our Data Warehouse is creating slightly conflicting reporting requirements to support CID (http://www.ic.nhs.uk/services/in-development/community-information-programme/community-information-data-set-cids).
