Like John Lennon the new NHS Information Revolution talks about starting a revolution. But is the DH really a seething hotbed of revolutionaries and can the centre mandate an information revolution? What does it need to do and to stop doing to kick start a revolt?
Also revolutions tend to be messy affairs -- should we accept cracked eggs and failure as part of the price of innovation?
