I am interested in getting a view on what level of access mental health service users should have. many service users want full access, including the narrative and some would like to be able to edit the narrative or make corrections. Also should access be based on capacity?

I think we may be about to find out Kathryn. Next week will see the launch of MyHealthBox by South London and the Maudsley, which claims to be the first user controlled online mental health record. Based on Microsoft's HealthVault PHR platform.
