Most of us know someone who is giving up drinking for Jan...but I've just heard of someone (who usually enjoys a good few wines) not drinking in December. My question is...why would you want to?

So with that, do we have any new year's resolutions to share? Announcing them publicly are a key to success supposedly. Or are they a waste of time?

I'm going for a principles rather than rules-based approach to resolutions... cycle more when the weather turns, watch more cricket, and have more fruit and veg... nothing I can break that easily!
